In distance/e-commerce situations, we provide pre-contract information on the website so the customer can identify the business and key deal terms. This is done in line with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", including Стаття 17, Стаття 19, Стаття 20, and Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, as well as Стаття 17 where required.

For online provision of goods/services, information about the business is made available on the website as required by Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

2. Services and scope (inspection / buy-assistance)

The service is limited to observable, non-invasive inspection and/or buy-assistance support based on information provided by you and/or obtained during the arranged visit. We do not guarantee the full technical condition of any vehicle or that all defects will be identified.

• We may describe observations based on what is reasonably observable at the time of inspection.
• We may request documents, photos, or information from the seller and/or you; we do not verify authenticity unless explicitly stated in the agreed request.
• Any findings are non-final unless further agreed tests/inspections are performed.

3. No guarantee of vehicle condition outcomes

We use reasonable care, but outcomes related to the vehicle condition, hidden defects, future failures, or suitability for your intended purpose are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for your final decision to purchase, including any legal and technical due diligence you choose to perform.

4. Availability of contract information before order completion

Before you complete an order or request that binds you, the website should provide easy access to the information needed for identification of the business and key terms, including the availability of the required contract information.

This is provided in line with Стаття 17 of Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" and the requirements applicable to e-commerce dealings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer and contract rules. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes with us before initiating formal proceedings.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or service requests if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so for legal/compliance reasons. You may stop using the website at any time.
